Silver Level support is included in every Standard Edition license purchase and has a 2-days guaranteed response time during working days. Typically we respond within 24 hours during weekdays. Gold level support is included in the iMacros Enterprise Edition, OEM Player Edition and the iMacros Webbrowser Component .
Gold Level support has a 24 hours guaranteed response time during working days. Typically we respond in less than 6 hours during weekdays. If required, our support engineers call back and/or use remote control software to diagnose issues on the spot. After purchasing Gold Level support you will receive the dedicated Gold support email and phone contact information.

Since iMacros is regularly used for mission critical applications we know that some of our customers prefer additional safeguards. That is why we also offer source code escrow for total security. If you choose the escrow option, that means that you will have access to the complete iMacros source code in the (very unlikely) event that we go out of business in the future. To facilitate this we have introduced our new low cost "Upgrade Protection" plan, which is designed to significantly reduce the cost of ownership while guaranteeing future access to all upgrades and updates during the cover period.
Upgrade protection (Maintenance) ensures that you will always have the latest version of iMacros without any additional cost during the term of your cover.

Pricing
- With your initial purchase you receive 1 year of upgrade protection

o 50% of the current license cost if your upgrade protection has expired.
You can extend your upgrade protection cover at any time. Any time remaining in your existing upgrade protection policy will automatically carry over into your new policy. To extend your upgrade protection please login to our Customer Resource Center. Please note that iMacros will continue to function should you choose not to extend your cover. iMacros never "expires": Without upgrade protection you will simply be unable to avail of any new updates or upgrades that we release.
