How to allow blocked content when accessing local web pages:
In the following we use SP2 as abbreviation. What we always mean are the Internet Explorer changes introduced with XP Service Pack 2. With SP2 Internet Explorer blocks JavaScript pages (Example) when executed on locally ( = from your hard drive, not online as web page).
When this happens you get a message that says: To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this file from showing active content that could access your computer".

To allow the blocked content to execute, right-click on the information bar and select "Allow Blocked Content".
Note for users of iMacros PRO and Scripting Edition: The changes only affect the iMacros Internet Explorer Browser-Plugin. The stand-alone iMacros Browser itself is not affected by these SP2 changes. For example, downloads still start automatically even with the new SP2 IE default settings. The risks that Microsoft refers to in the warnings about blocked content are in reference to content from unknown sources that you might access by using the Internet. The iMacros pages in this example are installed on the computer when you install the application. Although the files are opened by a browser, the browser doesn't access the Internet when displaying these files. Configuring the browser to allow blocked content for the purpose of viewing the viewing these files doesn't permanently change the browser's security options and doesn't compromise the security of the computer.
